"I have had amazing help from Danielle at the Lorena Villa location. I had state farm a while back but came into some unfortunate reasoning that I had to be taken off and had to get a contract with a new insurance that was a much higher rate. Danielle has still been so active in reaching out every few months about checking the quotes to see if I would be able to work with State Farm again and get a lower rate. After a good 6 months she reached out to me again yesterday and helped me get another much lower quote than what I was currently paying, only $10 higher than what I used to pay with State Farm, and I am so excited to have the amazing customer service back. Best Insurance I have been a part of, so much so that I was ready and willing to come back whenever the time and rate was right. Thank you again Danielle for all of your help this past 6 months!!🙏🏻"

"State Farm really had the nerve to quote us a price, send all the policy documents like everything was fine, and then hit us with a bill that’s over $100 higher. No warning. No explanation. Nothing.
We had to call THEM to find out their own employee screwed up — and instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they basically shrugged and said there’s “nothing they can do.”
Meanwhile we have our homeowners insurance, umbrella, and multiple vehicles with them. Years of loyalty. Thousands of dollars. And this is the disrespect we get?
If a company can’t honor their own quote, after we agreed and signed based on THEIR numbers, that’s not an accident. That’s garbage business. And it says everything about how they treat their customers.
Absolutely unacceptable. We will be contacting the FCC and TDI."
