"Firstly, let it be known that I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. Recently I was shopping around for home owners insurance. Rates have more than tripled since I bought my home four years ago. A sickeningly development, when you live on a fixed income as I do. Inflation it would appear, is the main culprit. During my search for more equitable insurance coverage I came across a remarkable young lady named Melissa. She was kind, helpful and very empathetic towards my situation. She let me prattle on and generally express my poor attitude towards the insurance industry as a whole but specifically on homeowners insurance in particular. I hope I didn’t discourage her from her chosen profession with my belittling remarks, born from decades of frustration.
